Our residents rotate through a variety of clinical settings, including multiple outpatient clinics in the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, the inpatient wards and psychiatric emergency room at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center, the student counseling center at California State University in Northridge, and the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital of UCLA. Welcome to the UCLA-Olive View Psychiatry Residency Training Program! We are a four-year, ACGME-accredited adult psychiatry program based in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles and sponsored by the University of California, Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health.
